The Sold Prices app let’s you track price paid data of residential property sales in England and Wales that are lodged with the UK Land Registry. The dataset is one of the most reliable sources of house price information and consists of about 20 million definitive records.
You are now also able to setup Alerts and receive push notifications for new sales within the areas you setup monitoring on.

The data now includes:

• the full address of the property such as street, postcode, locality (if available), town, district and county.
• the price paid for the property
• the date of transfer
• the property type (Detached, Semi, Terraced or Flat/Maisonette)
• whether the property is new build or not
• whether the property is freehold or leasehold.

The App also includes Street View and lets you Share properties you find by email.
