Anatomy Viewer is a medical visualization application built to study and manipulate medical images in 2D and 3D.

Anatomy Viewer has been designed to be more than a simple Medical Image Viewer.

• Manipulate images in Axial, Sagittal and Coronal orientations
• Pan, zoom in and out
• Adjust contrast of images
• Use segmentation tools to quickly visualize different tissues in medical images
• Use thresholding preset values for quick CT & MRI Studies
• Use region growing tools for more precise segmentation of tissue and organs

In addition to analysis of medical images in 2D, Anatomy Viewer provides tools for 3D reconstruction of selected tissues
• Create Accurate 360° views of your patient’s anatomy
• Edit 3D models with various in-built tools
• Export 3D models in various formats and share with your colleagues
• Import 3D models from external sources and edit
• Finishing tools provided to prepare models for 3D printing

Anatomy Viewer provides a simple intuitive user interface that requires a simple learning curve.
