Description
This app for your Android device is an educational fund-raising effort by the Glen Ellyn Aikido Club. Aikido Library is NOT intended to teach Aikido, but is a convenient way to review Aikido techniques in order to associate them with their correct names. In other words, Aikido Library is meant to help Aikido students study more efficiently off-the-mat. That way, students can spend their on-the-mat time focusing on things that can only be taught in class.
Aikido Library consists of various interactive pages containing lists of Aikido techniques and terms. Lists contain links to videos and term definitions. By tapping on any column heading, you can sort lists by their Japanese names, attack names, technique names, etc.
All videos have a regular-speed version as well as a slow-motion version. The term definition pages often contain links and/or images explaining concepts in-depth.
This free version contains only a limited sub-set of content offered in the full version.
