Al-Mithaq is a book containing the basic lines of the policies of the United Arab Republic in political, economical and social fields. It crystallizes the perceptions of Nasserism thoughts. President Gamal Abdel Nasser submitted it to the National Congress for the power of the People on May 21, 1962. The book contains ten chapters.
