Melissa is a personal assistant for Android in Portuguese and also a chatbot (conversation robot). As a virtual secretary she can perform various useful tasks on her cell phone or tablet. These include: making calls to contacts, sending SMS, making calculations using natural language, showing weather forecasts, opening websites and applications, turning Wi-Fi on and off, searching lyrics, answering a variety of questions, performing translations, movie’s synopses, display word meanings, create alarms, check battery status, perform web search, and more.

The assistant Melissa can also be used for simple fun, being a good company and virtual friend talking like a real person. In addition to chatting, she also knows how to tell jokes, make riddles, tell fun stories, talk in technical language (for fun), recite poems, among other things.

For those who like customization options, Melissa’s personal assistant still allows you to change the look of the avatar by changing the background color of the screen, changing the haircut, eye color and mouth color. The app works without internet connection and has voice and speech recognition.
