Bishop Keith W. Reed became the Senior Pastor at Sharon Baptist Church in 1975.

Through his leadership, God has enabled Sharon Baptist Church to become one of the largest congregations in the city of Philadelphia. In 2006 he was appointed as a Fellow of the Eastern Theological Seminary, and was consecrated to the office of Bishop in 2007.

He is the founder and president of Progressive Holistic Ministries, a non-profit organization that supports the ministry of church growth and leadership. He is Bishop over Progressive Holistic Network of Churches, and Head Master of K. W. Reed Christian Academy for Boys, a school that supports single mothers raising sons without fathers.

He continues to be one of the country’s most requested preachers, teacher and revivalist. Bishop Reed is married to Lynn Reed, and is the proud father of two sons, and two daughters.
