Jhampa Shaneman, one of the first westerners to be ordained in the Tibetan Tradition of Buddhism has offered Buddhist Astrology for 35 years. He and Jan Angel published the book “Buddhist Astrology” and he supplied Snowlion Publications with monthly astrology reports for 14 years.
