Description

The 100 Burpee Challenge makes for a great cardio workout for improving your overall fitness, it requires no equipment to complete, hardly any space to complete and can be attempted by any level of fitness.
It is also extremely simple. Always start with a warm up, I typically do a minute of slow Burpees. Then all you have to do is complete 100 Burpees, as fast as you can and record your time.

This application allows you to time your Burpee Challenge attempts and will save your results, allowing you to review, compare and improve upon your previous times. Much better than recording them with a notepad and pen and is ideal for use after a 30 day burpee challenge, if you want to continue the workout.
You aren’t locked down to completing 100 either. Can’t complete 100 Burpees? No problem, record how many Burpees you completed and try to improve upon it next time and if 100 Burpees is no longer a challenge then you can record this as well.

The basic movement of a Burpee:

Begin in a standing position.
Drop into a squat position with your hands on the floor.
Throw your feet back so you are in a push up position.
Bring your feet back into the squat position.
Jump up from this position.

There are also variations you can try including incorporating a push up or tuck jump into the movement to suit your fitness level.
