The Home page is where all your Events can easily be accessed.
When you click on an Event, it will bring you to the Expenses for that Event.
When you select an Expense you can edit and add receipt images to the expense.
A receipt image that is stored with the Expense.  You can hold the image down to delete it, then recapture it.
You can backup and restore to your OneDrive account.
In the Settings page you can enter the credentials for you email server.
This is what recipient receives.  A HTML summary of the event, along with a zip file that contains an Excel file with itemized expenses, and each individual receipt image capture.

Description

Business Expenses allows you, as an employee, to track expenses for your job. All those receipts that you’re employer needs and their descriptions can easily be organized in this app. You can snap pictures of the receipts, enter their descriptions and with one tap, send them to the person responsible, thus expediting your reimbursement. It will create an email, attaching the receipts and an itemized Excel Sheet for your employer.
