The purpose of the “Camp MAINT Manager” (CMM) Software Quick Start Guide is to get you up and running ASAP, saving you time, money and reducing stress. The patent pending “Camp MAINT Manager” Quadratic Algorithm does the rest.
Account Settings: Click on “Account Settings” in the “ACCOUNT SETTINGS” dropdown menu and enter your campground information.
MAINT Duty List: Click on the “MAINT Duty List” in the “MAINT DUTY FORMS” dropdown menu, and follow the footnote instructions in the lower left corner of the form.
Click on the “Work Camper Type Forms” on the “WORK CAMPER TYPE” dropdown menu that match the type of Work Campers you employ. Follow the instructions in the lower left corner of the form.
NEW Monthly Schedule: Follow the below steps when creating a new monthly schedule . a. Click “NEW Monthly Schedule” on the “WEEKLY/MONTHLY SCHEDULE” dropdown menu. Click on any day of the month to Populate the “Monthly Schedule”. b. Click “Weekly Schedule” on the “WEEKLY SCHEDULE” dropdown menu to view the “NEW Weekly Schedule”. c. Click the “Print Weekly Schedule” button to print the “Weekly Schedule”. d. Click the “Email Weekly Schedule” button to email the “Weekly Schedule” to all of the Work Campers. e. Click the “View / Print Sign-in Sheets” button to view and print the Work Camper “Sign-in Sheets”. This step is only necessary if you use “Sign-in Sheets”.
Monthly Schedule: View the “Current Monthly Schedule” or “Repeated Monthly Schedule” here.
Click on “Sign-in Sheets” on the “WEEKLY/MONTHLY SCHEDULE” dropdown menu to View, Email, Print and Delete Work Camper’s Sign-in sheets.
Vendors & Suppliers Form: Click on the “Vendors & Suppliers Form” in the “MAINT DUTY FORMS” dropdown menu. Follow the footnote instructions in the lower left corner of the form
