COM-CRM
Description
“COM-CRM” is a solution of CRM (Customer Relationship Management). It is an application easy to use and targeting small businesses.
The goal of a CRM tool is to help a company to manage its customers and prospective customers, to serve them as well as possible.
COM-CRM is turned towards the marketing and commercial functions.
The constitution of a database of the customers allows to better know them and to classify them according to their sales turnover.
The application helps, via emailing, to search new customers and to establish customer loyalty.
It allows to manage the business appointments.
COM-CRM is integrated with Microsoft environment:

- synchronization of addresses with Microsoft Contacts ©
- synchronization of events with Microsoft Calendar ©
- save/restore database from/to OneDrive ©
The user interface of “COM-CRM” is available in three languages: English, French and Spanish.
