Description
Cometrics is a free and open-source clinical annotation tool that was designed with clinicians in mind.
Record instantaneous and duration-based behaviors either live during clinical sessions or after-the-fact using the built-in video viewer. Using a webcam and microphone, sessions can be recorded in tandem with a patient’s behavioral data and physiological signals from an Empatica E4.
Biomechanics researchers can connect a Woodway Split Belt treadmill and control it using their own custom protocol.
Subject matter experts can review, edit, and approve sessions that are recorded and annotated before sending data to biostatisticians or machine learning collaborators.
