Communify Seat is an endpoint on both Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform Return to Work and School solutions, deployed on Surface devices. Installed centrally to flexible workspace areas, Seat visualizes seating area capacity with bold, at-a-glance availability indicators and provides for walk-up, ad-hoc seat reservation. Employees and guests can also use the QR code generated by their RTW Employee App to check in at Seat to validate and confirm their reservation.
