Easy Budget is a quick and easy tool to track your personal day to day balance. The calendar based perspective lets you quickly visualize any days where you are likely to “be in the red” (have a negative cash balance).

All you need to do is enter the major income and expense items that affect your cash flow, for example “My Paycheck” received every 2 weeks, or “Rent” due monthly. To keep it simple, other items that vary a lot can be estimated, for example “Food” averaging x amount weekly, or “Miscellaneous Expenses” averaging x amount monthly.

The idea is to keep it simple, just the big picture, and just to insure that your cash balance stays positive. Of course, real life varies up and down, so you can “strike a balance” any time by just entering a one-time “Starting balance”, or a monthly “Adjusting balance”.

Easy Budget also includes a Widget that you can place on your mobile device’s home page. Whenever you turn on your mobile, the first thing you’ll see is the next week’s worth of expected transactions!
