EasyOCR a simple OCR software based on the new UWP API

1. Extract editable text from your documents (.pdf, .jpg, .png). Click and drag to select several areas for extraction.
2. Save pictures with your built-in camera to extract text afterwards
3. You can easily share the result and save the text
4. You can use the protocol activation
   easyocr:main => start the app with the EasyOCR-frame
   easyocr:camera => start the app with the Camera-frame
   easyocr:settings => start the app with Settings-frame
