It aids the health care professional keep records without the hassle of too much paper works thus avoiding the need for much physical space for safe keeping. It also enhances efficiency as it allows its user to access his/her patient’s records anytime and anywhere. Information stored via the application are safely kept in the local drive which could only be accessed by its primary user. The EMD-SOAP was designed to be as user friendly as possible to ensure ease of execution.
This product upon download offers a free demo version which aims to introduce the app to you. Limitations of free demo are as follows:
-Limited number of patient records that can be saved.
-Revising patient profiles is disabled
-Scheduler limited to follow-up consultations
-Excel and PDF processing (prescription and other files in future updates) are limited or not available.
-Export and import which may be used for backup purposes are disabled
-Calculators and tools are not available
-Limited access to future updates
