Description

The very popular Engineering Tools is back! And now it is optimized for Desktop usage.

Currently, Engineering Tools for Desktop by EZK Solutions contains the following sub-applications:
Tolerance Calculator
Hardness Converter
Bending Calculator
Carbon Equivalent Calculator
Quick SPC

Tolerance Calculator:
Shows the tolerances, upper and lower limits of the given dimension according to the following standards:
ISO 2768 (machined), ISO 13920 (welded), EN 10029 (plate thickness)

Hardness Converter:
A converter that converts from one hardness measurement to another. The following hardness measurements are supported:
Vickers HV; Rockwell HRA, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, K; Rockwell Superficial 15N, 30N, 45N, 15T, 30T, 45T; Brinell HB 500kg, 3000kg; Scleroscope; Ultimate Tensile Strength (Kpsi, MPa)

Bending Calculator:
Calculates the developed length of a bent material.
3 different input methods: inner radius, thickness, degree / outer radius, thickness, degree / inner radius, outer radius, degree
5 way to calculate neutral axis: geometric mean / arithmetric mean / inner radius / thickness ratio (X0) / manual X0 / manual Rn

Carbon Equivalent Calculator:
An application that calculates the carbon-equivalent according to 2 different methods: CE (IIW), CET (EN 1011-2)

Quick SPC:
A simple statistical program that calculates the average, range, sigma, Cp, CpU, CpL and CpK of given values. Data are also shown in a graph.

Future plans:
Include more sub-applications like: Weight calculator (plates, profiles, etc), RAL table, Statistical calculations

As usual, please feel free to contact and give ideas what to include.
