Using data analysis, Eos works to help you identify trends in your moods, such as Seasonally Affected Disorders, to help you and any mental health professionals you work with adapt your treatment to your case.

Within the app, you can get some resources when you need them of alternative ways to look at what you’re going through, and you can generate a full report to share with any health professionals you’re working with, allowing you to better direct each session.
