Description
EVA is a deep-learning-based program that automatically evaluates the fidelity of metabolic features generated from LC-MS experiments. EVA incorporates R and Python. To properly setup EVA, users can download EVA’s supplementary files (e.g., R and Python exe files, user manual) from the Publisher Info - EVA Metabolomics Support link located at the bottom of this page.
