This demo version of Expresii is essentially the same as the original Expresii (https://www.microsoft.com/store/p/expresii/9n8jxs6275rg). This version is meant to be used for demo purposes at physical stores. It serves as a good show-off for any x64-based device running Windows 10 (demonstrates various hardware features like pen pressure and tilt, multi-touch, Surface Dial, G-Sensor, hi-res screen rendering and GPU power). Current Expresii also features Microsoft’s Fluent UI semi-transparent acrylic material rendering.

Main differences from the original Expresii app:

1. It auto-loads one of the included sample artworks on app startup
2. Save / Export functions are disabled
3. Gives easy access to “Fast Mode” toggle so that (a) you run Expresii smoothly even on a low-end GPU; (b) you can show how a better GPU boosts the experience.
4. While users can install the original Expresii store app as a trial, the trial period would expire and users are forced to either buy the app or stops running it. This demo version doesn’t expire.
