Ezhra Martin CBE , is the owner and practitioner of Genesis Alternative Health with 29 years of experience in her field. She has achieved the highest level of education in her profession of colon hydrotherapy, body ecology counseling, and living foods educator. As a colon hydrotherapist she is certified at the advanced, instructor level through the International Association of Colon Hydrotherapy [I-ACT], and the National Board of Colon Hydrotherapy [NBCHT]. She is the most seasoned colon hydrotherapist on the North Shore and has performed well over 50,000 sessions, allowing her the opportunity to offer her clients the highest quality of expertise in her field. She studied directly under Donna Gates, author and founder of the Body Ecology Diet, a system that guides you to restore and maintain the important “inner ecology” that makes up 70% of your intestinal immune system, often destroyed from antibiotic use, fungal yeast infections, and unhealthy diets, and BEDROK (Body Ecology Diet Recovering Our Kids, an organization and educational program for children with ADD, ADHD, ODD, Asperger’s Syndrome, and Autism). In the early 80’s Ezhra had the rare privilege and opportunity to live with and study directly with the late Ann Wigmore, worldwide known living foods educator, author, and original founder of the Hippocrates Institutes and Ann Wigmore Foundations. Since then Ezhra has conducted many seminars and presentations throughout the United States pertaining to her profession. Her background is widespread and extensive in the field of natural health modalities including raw living foods educator, traditional nutrition, macrobiotic nutrition, body ecology counseling, live blood microscopy, phlebotomy, massage therapies, esthetician, reflexology and kinesiology. She is currently pursuing naturopathic studies.
