This app provides a platform for Grundfos customers and Associated Service Partners to seamlessly interact on their Service requirements.

As a Grundfos Customer, you can

• Create a Service or Installation request
• Maintain your inventory of pumps to quickly raise a service call
• Identify the Service Partner nearest to you, to attend the request
• Keep tab and be notified on the progress of your Service handling
• Interact with the Service Partner/Service Engineer
• Rate the service and provide feedback

As a Service Partner, you can

• Maintain your team of Service Engineers, and assign Service requests
• Interface with the Customer � call, respond back on the requests
• Be notified on all discussions between Service Engineer and Customer
• Search issues, monitor Assigned/Active issues
• Interact with Grundfos Services team
