Description
Using the acceleration sensor built in the system, HDD Protection detects vibration, shocks and similar signs in the system, and automatically moves the HDD head to a safe position to reduce the risk of damage that could be caused by head-to-disk contact.
It is designed to prevent the damage to the hard disk drive as well as to data disks incurred as a result of shock, fall or vibration.
