The Housing & Development Software (HDS) Property Inspection module is a new web–based solution that grants agencies the ability to conduct onsite property reviews and custom build their review criteria. Enhanced from the current HDS Annual Review, the NEW Web Property Inspection module also gives users a new Mobile solution (add-on). Users will be able to work at inspection sites and access and update property data in HDS Multifamily Management System. Inspecting a rural property or lost WIFI connection is no longer an issue. The HDS mobile application will store the inspection on the device until connection is restored.

This HDS tool allows the agencies business users’ access to create user defined templates with options to select from when conducting their property reviews. Future plans to add additional review components are under way for UPCS and MOR reviews (additional licenses may be required).
