Our remote assistance functionality allows the user to establish contact with suitable experts or Mixed Reality users and assess issues audio-visually as well as holographically.
Further, it is possible to send, receive and manipulate supporting files of all kinds in order to create service reports and more.

Workflow Support

With our workflow support functionality, users can be guided through complex workflows by means of step-by-step instructions. Support materials for ideal workflow steps can be attached, including various user inputs and recordings. Later on, all data can be analyzed for the purposes of workflow optimization.
