CleanVS will safely delete those pesky bin and obj folders in Visual Studio project folders (and only those in VS project folders).
e.g. I have found that cleaning up a 1Gig VS project area reduces this down to 100K.

Q. What is Dummy Mode?
A. When you run in DummyRun mode, the app recurses the folders counting the directories to delete and also summing the space that would be gained; but does not actually delete the folders. Recommended to do this first.
