HubFile connects Surface Hub to one of the most important data sources of your enterprise: your on premise file servers. There is no easier way to upload content of any size like 3D models, videos, hugh PowerPoints or picture-collections to Surface Hub.

After opening HubFile you enter your personal enterprise credentials the same way you do it every morning on your computer. HubFile will show you all your shared file server directories. Select files or folders, press the download button, and the entire data will be copied to Surface Hub.

HubFile helps many industries in their digitalization efforts to use Surface Hub while sticking to the traditional, well-known way of storing data on file servers. You don´t need a cloud service for Surface Hub anymore. You don´t have to configure user access rights. HubFile simply uses what you have implemented already.

Testversion/Demo uses Azure:
In this free demo version of HubFile, we will provide demo user credentials that can be used to access our Sunato demo file servers. You get a good feeling on how the app works. No HubFile Backendservice has to be rolled out or configured by you.

Using HubFile productive in your on premise environment:
After acquiring the fully licensed version, we will provide you with a HubFile Backendservice. This is essentially a webservice that has to be rolled out on premise in your infrastructure. It can be easily configured to know your enterprise file server paths. Downloading data from on premise file servers to Surface Hub will then take place on premise.
