Merchants use the ION Loyalty app to verify and redeem offers presented to them by customers using the ION Rewards consumer app. The ION Loyalty app is available for both Android smartphones and tablets.

In order to use this app, the merchant must first register at www.ionloyalty.com and create at least one valid store location and ION offer. Once this is done, the merchant can associate the ION Loyalty application with their store and begin viewing ION offer redemption requests.
The ION Loyalty app for merchants provides a secure method of verifying and storing the information needed to manage ION offer redemptions and payments associated with the ION Rewards app for consumers.

Using the ION Loyalty app, merchants can:

Associate a device, Smartphone or tablet, with a specific retail address/location
View details of the active ION offers for that location
Review and process ION offers presented by ION Rewards app users
Accept a secure mobile payment from Dwolla users
View the store’s ION transaction history
