This app includes three illustrated stories, with texts (written and read) and lots of animations:
• “Les Rougeau”: The twins pay a visit to their Uncle Georges, a scientist who has invented a time travel machine.
• “Tonnerre”: The Rougeau family gets to know Tonnerre, a magical dragon who appeared thanks to Uncle Georges’ time machine.
• “Une Aventure”: Tonnerre shows his dragon world to the Rougeaus. He introduces his family and his friend, a medieval knight named Monsieur François.
“Les Aventures de Tonnerre” are simple, entertaining and engaging stories that teachers can show on the interactive whiteboard to a class of French learners. The stories are suitable for 9- to 12-year-olds (beginner level). The karaoke-style text display, audio recordings and animated characters truly bring the story to life. Every page has a print option so teachers can create activities or just practice reading and writing with students.
