Manage your eating habits with LightenUp by following some simple steps. First input your weight, age, and gender in the SetUp view. Next you define a “My List” by building your own personal food list. After you define a “My List”, you are able to manage your eating habits by selecting listed items to store up a cumulative total of "Calories Eaten”. To generate an individual weight management Forecast, you first calculate your BMR, BMI, and Workout parameters which are then used within the Forecast calculation.

LightenUp is designed to be self-teaching. As you try each view read the messages under each green “info” button to learn usages. Pop-up alert messages are provided to guide you through each step. LightenUp utilizes local device storage to manage it’s content. If content is not being updated as expected, be sure to use “+” to store “My List”, or try the red ‘Reset’ button in the “SetUp” view to refresh app’s local storage.
