In Costa Rica many people do not have time to check all websites of public service providers to see if they have new bills available.
Some of them send e-mail notifications and others have an application to check the current status of the invoices. None of them offer a notification service applications at least not for several combined services.

This is why we created our application LuzAgua for the 3 public service providers most commonly used.
