What Is a Mastermind Group?

A Mastermind Group is an alliance of two or more people who dedicate themselves to a specific goal. The members try to challenge each other to create and implement goals, brainstorm ideas and support each other with total honesty and respect. This concept was introduced by Napoleon Hill in the early 1900’s in his classic book, Think and Grow Rich.
