Move mouse cursor to active foreground application on multi monitor systems.
When an application is moved or switched with the key cominations ALT+TAB, WIN+SHIFT+LEFT or RIGHT or WIN+LEFT,RIGHT,UP or DOWN the mouse cursor is set to the center of the new active foreground window when all keys are released.
With pressing CTRL key twice the mouse cursor is set manually to the active foreground application.
