Connect the earphone output of a smartphone to the microphone input of a PC with a mini-plug cable.
A smartphone can be used as a microphone by connecting the earphone output of the smartphone to the microphone input of the PC with a mini-plug cable or similar device.
It is also possible to listen to your own voice by connecting to speakers or earphones.
It is also possible to record the audio being output at the same time.

Recorded audio can be played back from a list.
