myWords10 is your personal dictionary of words, words that you are interested in and want to look up and learn. App utilizes web services of aonaware for word definitions and Moby Thesaurus for synonyms. Words are saved locally in your own dictionary. Beyond that, you can look up words on Bing, Free Dictionary, Merriam-Webster and Wordnik sites.

App comes pre-loaded with a default set of words curated by the developer. Of course, you may delete them as you wish but should provide a good starting point to building your own word list.
