The Net Watchman runs in the background and records LAN and WAN interruptions and can detect network problems such as disabled network adapters.

Networks are able to be given an ID allowing for easy report filtering should you connect to more than one network from your PC (eg home, work) and monitoring is able to be turned on or off at any time.

The Net Watchman also has notifications should you wish to be alerted to network events as they happen. When notifications are turned on via the Settings menu, The Net Watchman will display a desktop notification when there is a network event detected, keeping you instantly informed when an Internet connection interruption occurs.

You can use The Net Watchman reports to potentially identify patterns of when your Internet connection is interrupted and use the information to fix issues within your network or to alert your ISP to possible problems with their service.
