Insulin decreases the amount of sugar in our blood. It may swing our moods. If you have doubt you suffer from panic attack it is best to lower your sugar diet. It is best to go on natural foods such as vegetables fruits protein and grains. Alcohol also increases the lactic acid in our body that causes the blood sugar to boost. It prevents to make consistent decisions and see things clearly. It’s good to drink caffeine in the morning but we don’t know what cause it may bring to our body.
