Orchestrate makes it easy to measure and continuously improve the content, process and skills employees need to be successful within four key areas:

Home is the hub of all activities tied to company selected key performance indicators (KPIs). In Home, team leaders can publish required activities, best practices, rankings, etc. Home includes a social messaging feature that encourages team feedback and informal sharing.

Prepare allows designated content providers to post videos, quizzes and ratings as well as tag supporting documents from the Library. Prepare can be used for light coaching and just-in-time training on products, processes as well as informal knowledge sharing.

Library is a repository for all supporting material like sell sheets, training documents and videos. Documents from the Library can be tagged to relevant pages in Prepare or emailed directly from the app.

Present allows the enterprise to create, manage and audit presentations while giving presenters the ability to create multiple story paths, use embedded calculators and other features to drive deeper customer conversations. Presentations customized on the fly can be compiled into a branded pdf and emailed on the spot.

The Mobile Composer platform supports Orchestrate with three core components:
