This app emulates remote controller PC Mak (made by Elmak). To use, simple InfraRed dongle is required.

You can buy dongles e.g. on AliExpress, search product like “3.5mm IR Infrared Remote Control”.

With phone:

1. dongle should have three contacts, below $2 on AliExpress;
2. dongle should be inserted to speakerphone socket;
3. volume should be set to maximum.

With desktop, laptop or similar::

1. also works dongle with four contacts, about $3.5;
2. dongle should be inserted to speakerphone/speakers socket;
3. this output have to be set as default audio for this app (available since Win10 1803), or globally (UWP app cannot select output);
4. volume should not be set to maximum, 1/4 volume is sufficient.
