Picsy is an image editor app for Windows 8.1 with the main focus on adding text to your images. Capture or open a picture, crop it if you wish, and then start editing. Create beautiful visual representations of your favorite quotes or just add captions to your favorite images, and then share them with your friends!
Use the brightness, contrast and blur sliders to adjust the background image and make the text stand out. The app includes 12 different types of fonts to choose from, and allows you to set text color, opacity, size and alignment. Of course the text can also be repositioned.
You can try the app for 7 days without paying. If you want to continue using the app after the trial period, a purchase is required.
Note: Background images used in the screen captures are not included. If the app does not detect a (web) camera, the start screen will only show the button for opening images.
