This 20-minute audio works on your subconscious mind to change your thoughts of smoking and focuses on helping you feel strong and secure in creating a meaningful and pleasurable healthy life, allowing your body to heal and regenerate itself. It will recondition all your thoughts you currently have about smoking.

The audio program starts off with a brief relaxation process with the sound of crashing waves in the background. After the relaxation period, you will hear the re-programming statements or affirmations, each one purposefully repeated three times. The affirmations are stated in the first person, present tense.

Find a place where you can relax undisturbed and with no interruptions for approximately 20 minutes. Sit or lie down in a comfortable position, loosen any tight clothing. Put your ear/headphones on and press the play button. Please use headphones for best results. Do not operate heavy machinery when listening.
