Description
Ratio, based on the book by Michael Ruhlman, features 32 fundamental preparations that form the backbone of cooking: doughs, batters, sauces, custards, brines, sausages, desserts. Ratio does what the book can’t do: calculate the amounts of ingredients for things (e.g., pancakes, fritters, breads, cakes, and cookies) based on what you have on hand or how much you want to make.
