Rehearsal Assistant helps organize rehearsals and concerts by allowing you to create events, add music titles, conductor notes, program order, etc., basically everything a music director does to prepare rehearsals and concerts. Both conductor and musicians have access to all of the information necessary for rehearsals or performances, including things like Venue location, date/time and the program order. There is special attention given to handbell ensembles for facilitating assignments, positions, equipment used etc. Also depending on the order of a concert, bell placement before and after each piece - to facilitate bell position changes as quickly as possible.
Music library, multiple Ensembles, Instrument inventory and Musician contacts are all integrated into the system. Allows the Conductor to also email or SMS (text) the Ensemble for quick updates.
All data can be synchronized to the cloud or can be used stand-alone.
