Click, "Yes, Remind Me" to get started and display the next reminder time. When it appears click it to go to the "Break" page.
Do a timed break of an activity to get your body moving again. Then straight back to work!
Fully customizable with your own photos, sounds and optional vibration.
Supports "Quiet" when you don't want to be disturbed. Switch to "Extend" to keep reminders appearing into tomorrow. Both reset the next day.

Do a lot of sitting or standing? Want to be reminded to move and get fit and healthy? Then this app is for you.

I designed this app to encourage us all to move more and I use it everyday. It displays a reminder on your device or computer when it is time to move.

The trial version is fully-functional for 7 days. After that it is only a small amount to help keep development on this app ongoing.
