Rental Inspect produces a professional PDF report that can be emailed to both parties or uploaded to a cloud site such as Dropbox. Photos are geo-tagged and the inspection report is date and time stamped. The PDF report can be invaluable in the event of a dispute regarding damage and security deposits.

The Tenant(s) and Landlord or Manager should review the property and completed checklist together and mutually agree on the condition of the property.

Some Features:
Quick Comments allow for the condition of the property to be reported on quickly, but it is easy to enter Custom Comments as well, so that a detailed report can be produced.
Photos can be taken if your device has a camera and photos can be associated with specific items within the report. A picture speaks a thousand words and can be a very helpful in mitigating any disputes.
The Inspection Template included in the Demo is a simplified version so you can see how the app works before you purchase.
The Demo provides users with an opportunity to test the full functionality of the app using a stripped down template. The Demo does not allow for the Duplication, Editing or Moving of Sections, Subsections and Items. The Demo also does not allow for the Editing of Report Templates
