RoomSign is a free app for displaying meetings for conference rooms. RoomSign allows users to instantly book an event for a given room. Works with existing Google Calendars.

RoomSign gives your the ability to:

• Display meetings/events
• Hide details of private meetings
• Schedule new events from the tablet (optional)
• End events early from the tablet (optional)
• Schedule tablet to dim and set screen to black during off-hours (optional)

To get started, create an account at https://roomsign.space/ using the Google account that has access to your calendar.
Set up a company with a name and pin.
Add your calendar, and assign a unique code for it.
Download the RoomSign App.
Enter your company, pin, and room code into the RoomSign app.
Your device will now show the upcoming events for your room and allow users to view and book events right from your device.
