EPS Viewer is a simple and easy-to-use program that, as the name suggests, allows you to view image files with EPS.

The application is contained in a clean interface with a modern layout. You can zoom in, fit the image to the screen, rotate it left or right, and enter a width and height.

In addition to viewing these pictures, EPS Viewer lets you save them in a new different format (by specifying the output directory and filename), as long as it’s JPG, BMP, PNG, GIF, or International Film Festival. However, you cannot save images with new dimensions or rotations.
