Simple Speech Timer provides a very simple timing mechanism for timing speeches. The application is designed to allow you to set minimum, median and max times. The timer displays green, yellow and red backgrounds to queue when the speaker has reached the various time objectives. The presets are specific to a popular public speaking program. But, the application allows entry of custom times as well.
