Description

SM-Mobile is an app to aid field service workers in keeping track of all scheduled job appointments they have for the day (or week, or any other time period). The app gets data from the company server, and saves it on the android device. Then, the technician, or supervisor, can easily see all of his/her jobs for the period. A finger-tap will reveal all details for the job.

In Scheduling Manager Mobile the technician can also see maps for all jobs for the day, or for a single job. The technician can also record notes about each job, record payment details and indicate start and end time for each job. Payments by credit card are also accepted. The Scheduling Manager Mobile data is then synchronized back to the company server.

Scheduling Manager Mobile can be used by workers and management in maid service businesses, HVAC and electrical repair businesses, home health care businesses, liquid waste management, pest control, fire extinguisher management and more service businesses.
