Description
This application exists to help the user streamline the process of recording vehicle damage, including photos and photo annotation, quotes, invoicing and a materials to complete the work and or for re-supply of materials from a supplier. Smart Repair runs on the latest Windows 8.1 tablet PC’s and with larger screens you can see more and do more on TAAP Forms.

Visit a location and record work required for 1 or more vehicles

Create a quote or invoice defining the work to be performed with a line item summary by vehicle and work to be performed, including pictures per line item

Choose to generate a summary or detailed view that defines the work, photos per repair item, and the entire damage. Use this to help avoid dispute over what work would be included in any repairs

Captures signatures

Take photos, or attach photos, then amend with line draws and spot markers to annotate and clearly highlight what is being repaired

Add your logo to the Quotes and Invoices generated by the system, with your company name, address and contact details

Record the materials required for each vehicle repair

Print a materials sheet as a checklist before starting the work, make sure you are prepared, or sent to a supplier to help order the materials you need to complete the work
